3. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and grated carrots. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

5. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
